In this episode, Coach Sarah welcomes her first guest, Dr. Jeff Springer. Coach Sarah and Dr. Springer met as classmates when they were both pursuing their doctorate degrees. Jeff is a former collegiate athlete who in his 34 years of being an educator had many opportunities to transition. Dr. Springer speaks about his time as an athlete as well and what drove him to continue to make an impact in the world by obtaining his doctorate degree in addition to starting up and developing non-profits.
